My inspiration for art lies in that which is both beautiful and strangely repulsive, passionate and thought-provoking. I believe artful design should not only look pleasing to the eye, it should give the viewer a new thought or idea to take with them, perhaps a new way of thinking about something.

Welcome, design junkies! My name is Brenna Martin, and I am the owner of Juma Juice. I am a proud graduate of the University of Central Florida in Orlando, FL. In 2007, I earned my Bachelor's degree in Digital Media with a concentration in Graphic Design. I also received minors in both Cinema Studies and the Studio Arts. Might I stress that dedicated research and attention to detail are evident in both my print and digital works, as well as a flair for the underground and obscure. Currently, I am serving in the United States Air Force as a bombardier / navigator in the B-52H flying community.

On a personal level, my interests span from early cinema and vinyl record collecting to 1960's culture, costuming and prop design. I am a classically trained pianist and experienced entertainer. In over eight years of active web design and six years of professional graphic design experience, I have also held jobs in sales and retail, foodservice, finish carpentry & aviation. I have a curiousity about the world that can only come from learning and experiencing the most from every day. I pride myself on straight and focused design ideals; I feel they effectively communicate my calling to embrace visual minimalism and also convey my no-nonsense attitude and hardworking personality.
